Dr Sullivan is an Orthopaedic Surgeon with subspecialty interests in hip, knee and joint replacement surgery.
He has current appointments at:
- The Hills Private Hospital, Baulkham Hills
- Sydney Adventist Hospital, Wahroonga
- Mater Misericordiae Private Hospital, Crows Nest
He studied medicine at Sydney University from 1976-80 and graduated with honours in 1981. He undertook Orthopaedic training on the Sydney AOA Training Programme and obtained his surgical fellowship, FRACS (Orth), in 1989. Following this he completed a Johnson & Johnson fellowship in Arthritis and Reconstructive Surgery at Harvard University, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Boston, USA in 1989.
He is a fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association and has membership with the Australian Medical Association, Australian Society of Orthopaedic Surgeons and Asia Pacific Orthopaedic Association. He is active in the Asia Pacific Arthroplasty Society with education.
Dr Sullivan is currently in private practice with rooms in Parramatta, Wahroonga, Macquarie University and Macquarie Hospital.
